Led the internal planning and technical coordination of all residential layouts within the façade line, overseeing spatial compliance and buildability from Stage 3 to Stage 5.

Developed and refined layouts for PRS, private sale, and affordable units, ensuring compliance with tenure-specific standards and guidance, including NDSS, HQI, London Housing Design Guide, and DfE standards for accessibility.

Strategically resolved adjacency, stacking, and access issues across multiple cores and tenure divisions, ensuring efficient vertical and horizontal circulation.

Integrated internal layouts with structural, MEP, and acoustic design strategies, including bathroom pod coordination and prefabricated service riser solutions.

Developed and maintained clash-free federated models, contributing to streamlined design resolution and improved buildability.

Produced data-rich, construction-ready drawing packages aligned with the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and Employer’s Information Requirements (EIR).

Provided proactive construction phase support, including timely responses to RFIs, site inspections, and redline revisions.

The Landsby Development consists of two residential towers, situated between Elvin Gardens and Olympic Way in Wembley Park. The project provides 361 apartments, including 295 Build to Rent homes, contributing to the wider regeneration of the area.

The design responds to its context by adopting a stepped massing that echoes the neighboring Alto building, also by Flanagan Lawrence. Generous balconies and roof terraces offer views across Wembley, while a podium garden at the first-floor level provides communal outdoor space, including play areas for children.

At the ground level, the buildings integrate shared resident spaces, including a library, lounge, and multi-purpose room, the latter opening directly onto Elvin Gardens. These spaces, along with commercial units, activate Weavers Walk, creating a pedestrian-friendly street between the two buildings.
